The concept behind MIX does not only embrace the mix as a compilation of tracks, it also stands for
the variety and large range of styles, genres and ideas and last but not least it offers various
production modes and producers.
At the same time we would like to put our emphasis on the fact that the technical site does not need
to be perfect. We prefer a certain note of authenticity which we see rather achieved by DIY work
like home taping than by a perfect DJ set or a perfectly produced studio masterpiece. With this in
mind we want to differentiate ourselves from the macho behaviour and poser attitude of
perfectionists who tend to put their focus on comparing attributes such as equipment, skills and
special knowledge or have the urge to mention their collectibles whenever they get a chance.
Moreover we won't participate in debates such as vinyl vs. other mediums.

KrudEbudE is producing mixed tapes since the 1980s. At the end of the 1990s he has been conquering
the digital universe by launching his small CD-R label "burnturn" focusing mainly on HipHop, Soul
and Funk music. Since then his music range has increased immensely and is constantly spreading to a
